Vetronix Crash Data Retrieval System

CDR Training and Certification

Currently the only individuals approved by Vetronix (the company that makes the Crash Data Retrieval System) to train and certify individuals to properly use that system work through the Collision Safety Institute. The approved instructors are W. R. Rusty Haight and Brad Muir.

Why Do I Need to Be Certified?

As with any technology, merely owning the tool isn't enough. Responsible safety professionals, regardless of background, realize they need to be properly trained and certified in the use of a system that may become a pivotal bit of evidence at trial or a central part of meaningful research.
